All Mods are available individually or in the described design packages.
Cordell: 1858 sq ft single family residence with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Main house (1538 sq ft) 2 b, 2 bth with 20' x 30' "loft style" dining/living area and additional office area. Guest quarters (320 sq ft) 1 bed, 1 bath with storage/shop area. Cordell design is comprised of the following four container modules:
- Cordell House Kitchen
- Cordell House Master
- Cordell House Office/Bed/Bath
- Cordell House Guest Quarters
360 sq ft Studio - Gourmet: 360 sq ft studio home optimized for entertaining. The 15 linear feet of kitchen open onto 120 sq ft of deck via a 12 ft sliding glass door. The private bath has a raised jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, and natural lighting via two clerestories. Other amenities include a queen size master bed and 8 ft platform closet area that easily converts to a couch and a queen size guest bed.
360 sq ft Studio - Standard/Raised Floor: 360 sq ft studio home optimized for relaxing. The kitchen opens onto 120 sq ft of deck via a 12 ft sliding glass door. The private bath with shower is naturally lit via a floor to ceiling window. Master bed space accommodates a queen bed and closet. The dedicated living area has ample room for a sleeper sofa and its floor can be raised to provide even more creative storage. There are many clever areas designed for storage throughout including the compact laundry area optimized for stackable W/D units.
3 story Roof Terrace: 1125 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath, 160 sq ft roof top deck, 100 sq ft of storage. This home is perfect for urban infill or unusually narrow lots and is comprised of the following four container modules:
- 3-story Roof Terrace Design First Floor
- 3-story Roof Terrace Design Second Floor
- 3-story Roof Terrace Design Third Floor
3 story Narrow Lot : 1350 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with 320 sq ft of storage and 120 sq ft of balcony. This design is also perfect for urban infill or unusually narrow lots. It has a "roommate" plan which includes a separate bed and bath on the ground floor and shared kitchen/living space.
